Sinopsis:
La organización británica Hellsing es una organización secreta gubernamental de corte protestante cuyo propósito es luchar contra enemigos sobrenaturales (en especial los vampiros) "en nombre de Dios y de su majestad la Reina".

En los OVAS, la Organización Hellsing debe enfrentarse al grupo separatista Nazi "Milennium", dirigido por el Mayor. Esta es una organización que esta dispuesta a todo con tal de vengarse de Hellsing, quienes los derrotaran en la Segunda Guerra Mundial y que también tiene como objetivo central de existencia llevar la guerra a todos los rincones del mundo.
