Ha terminado el Torneo por equipos con una sufrida victoria de Kinnikuman y Terryman. Ante esta situación, el padre de Suguru se da cuenta que su hijo ya tiene el potencial para convertirse en el rey del planeta Kinniku. Según la tradición, para convertirse en rey, Kinnikuman debe ser aprobado por los dioses del planeta Kinniku. Sin embargo, los 5 Dioses Malvados harán todo lo posible para evitar que esto ocurra, llegando a poner en duda si Suguru es realmente el hijo del rey (y por ende el heredero). ¿Podrá Kinnikuman derrotar a los dioses? ¿Es realmente él el heredero del trono? ¿Qué nuevas batallas tendrá que sufrir para alcanzar su objetivo?
